Privacy Policy
Deep End Web builds websites for pool service companies. It is operated by Trapalanda LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- What you send us. When you request a preview, we collect your company name, city, current website, email and, if you choose, your mobile number and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
- Public business information. To prepare a website preview, we use information a business already publishes, such as its name, phone number, website, public email, photos and reviews from its own site or its Google Business listing.
- Our conversations. We keep the emails, calls and text messages you exchange with us so we can follow up. Calls to our number may be answered by an automated assistant.
- Website visits. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, to count visits to our site and to the previews we build.
How we use it
We use this information to prepare and send your website preview, answer your questions, build and host your website if you hire us, and bill you. We do not sell personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
We only send text messages to people who asked for them, by checking the box on our form or by asking us during a phone call. Messages are about your website preview and your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run Deep End Web, and only to provide our services: Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Google Workspace (email), Quo (phone calls and text messages), FormSubmit (delivery of our web form) and Stripe (payments; we never see or store your card number). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
If you do not want to hear from us, reply to any of our emails asking us to stop, and we will not contact you again.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep information while it is useful for the purposes above. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, write to hello@deependweb.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
